Former Miami Heat b-ball player Antoine Walker was arrested for drunk driving in Miami. He was driving a black Mercedes with the lights off and got pulled over. When the cops came over he had a strong smell of alcohol and refused to take a breath test.

If you already got pulled over and the cops ask you to take the breath test, why not just do it? Maybe he coulda been right at the minimum line, maybe not, but he had to know he was gonna catch a DUI. And what's with all these celebrities driving drunk anyway? Don't they have somebody to take the keys from them? Ever heard of a taxi? Limo driver? Groupie? People driving drunk in 09 is so lame, especially if you rich!
